As part of our commitment to help ease the financial hardship and struggles families face, our charity operates from a dedicated premises in Westcliff-on-Sea called Labyrinth House under a peppercorn lease. As well as housing the Baby Bank, in the course of 2022/23 Labyrinth House has evolved into an innovative Family Hub and has two additional functions: a) as a seed bed centre for start-up charities and public bodies sharing the same objectives, mission, aims and objectives of the Charity and b) an exemplar Family Hub addressing child poverty, educational development and other related community services.

Mondays 10:00am-11:00am
Mother and Toddler yoga
In this class you will be able to bond and have fun with your little ones while practicing yoga in a playful way that engages the child and parent together.
Mondays 12:00pm-3:30pm
Infant Breastfeeding Group
This is a free service delivered by the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. This is a drop-in session every Monday (excluding bank holidays). Meet the team for support with:
- Positioning and attachment
- Optimising milk supply
- Slow weight gain / static weight
- Feeding plans
- Use of pump/expressing your milk
- Breast milk
- Returning to work
Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm
Pregnancy Yoga
Take time out for yourself and your growing baby to truly connect and blossom your bond together. Pregnancy yoga allows you to gentle build your strength and stamina ready for welcoming your baby into the world.
Tuesdays
12:30-1:30pm - Mother and Baby Yoga
This is a free session for mothers living in A Better Start Southend ward and facilitated by Yoga4All instructor, Amy. Practising yoga with your baby helps the two of you bond and have some special time together.
Wednesdays
7:15-8:15pm - Gentle Flowing Yoga
Join experienced yoga instructor, Carmen Woods on a journey of relaxation through the art of yoga. A friendly class suitable for all ages and abilities. We practice yoga poses, meditation, breathing exercises, heart focused affirmations and gentle flowing movement.

Thursdays
4:00-6:00pm - The Party Club (every other Thursday)
A free after school club at Labyrinth House for children with special educational needs.
